Dainco SA is a company formed in 1990 whose shareholders are the two most important groups of transport in Spain, which as a group of companies had submitted to the contest sponsored by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (now Development) under the new Planning Act 1987, Land Transport.
These groups are:
Damas SA., which operates mainly in the provinces of Sevilla, Huelva and Badajoz, and business interests in Madrid (train services), Murcia and the Costa del Sol (the ownership of the service have regular Madrid-Málaga-Algeciras) through its subsidiary Daibús SL .

The contest of the regular service-Algeciras Ferrol was convened in 1989 and awarded in early 1990 to the grouping of the two companies mentioned, resulted in Dainco start business on May 5, 1990, two days after filing to the media and authorities in the Regio Hotel Salamanca, headquarters of the company, which resulted in a resounding success and was attended by over 600 people. In 2008 came to contest the regular service-Algeciras Ferrol since ended its run, again being awarded to Dainco.
The fleet vehicles are from the beginning and now, 10 which are renewed every 4 years. The first renewal of such buses was in 1994, the second took place in 1998 and so every 4 years, until the last in 2010. Currently vehicles are brand VOLVO B-12 model, with a body manufactured by the company Sunsundegui of Alsasua (Navarra), providing the highest level of reliability and comfort both mechanically and in relation to the interior finish of the various elements body, with special emphasis on all aspects of passive safety.
The expeditions are three per day in each direction and a special summer. From 1990 to 1998, they ran along the same route and were: Ferrol-Algeciras, Cadiz and Coruña y Coruna Salamanca.
